How to open a return

2. Once you find the item you would like to return, click the “Return Items” link.
3. Confirm all information is correct, and submit your return request.

You may return any non-Apple product purchased from within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging and accessories included.

Apple Product Return Policy:
Apple products purchased from are eligible for return within 15 days from the date of purchase.
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returned Apple products.
Returned Apple products must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging and accessories included.

Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Please allow several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Please note that if the item does not qualify for a refund you will be responsible for return shipping.

Return Shipping:
AllDayZip will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns.
Simply contact our customer support team to request the return label, and we will assist you with the return shipping process.

The following items are non-returnable: opened software, downloadable products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.

Please note that this return policy applies to purchases made directly from If you purchased from a marketplace such as eBay or Walmart please follow their return policies. We cannot assist with those orders.
