If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please follow the quick and easy steps below to initiate a return request. Once this process is completed, you will be on your way to receiving a full refund for all applicable items!

How to open a return

1. Login to your account, and use the “Orders” page to find the items you want to return..
2. Once you find the item you would like to return, click the “Return Items” link.
3. Confirm all information is correct, and submit your return request.

30 Day Return Policy

Purchases of eligible items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returned products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards. Every item returned to us is inspected by our team, and refunded accordingly.


Please remove all unnecessary pre-existing labels from the box.

Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.
If a product is received defective or incorrect, please note these details during the return initiation process or contact us immediately to resolve any issues. We will only cover return shipping if we are notified prior to return, and the shipping label is provided by our team directly.
